At CAE Global Academy Brussels we have placed about 80% of our graduates.
We prepare our cadets with the tools needed to prepare for any airline assessment including: 32 hour full flight simulator MCC course, Airline Selection Preparation Programme, airline interview simulation, airline visits and observation flights. Job allocation service
Due to CAE’s many years of collaboration, we have excellent contacts with many of the more then 60 airlines who train their pilots in our centre. Furthermore, our CAE Pilot Provisioning program actively helps our students to find jobs upon completion of training.
To support the cadet-pilots in finding their first First-Officer position several services are provided FREE OF CHARGE. These services are described below.
Candidate First Officer
Every graduated student receives a stylish booklet which contains a complete file in which he/she is presented to airline companies. This 20 page booklet gives a very clear overview of your training and your personal performance. After the content is approved by the student we will distribute this in our network and you will get copies to send to the airlines of your preference.
The booklet includes the overview of your performance in all aspects of the training:
A general assessment based on observations during the training
A description of the selection tests and results
A description of the theoretical results and personal evaluation by the Chief Ground Instructor.
A description of the flight training and ACPP-MCC by the Head of Training.
Medical license and pilot license
Airline interview training
We want to support every cadet-pilot as much as possible. During a selection process a cadet is not evaluate solely based on flying skills but also in the way you present yourself, how your resume looks and much more.
To give our graduated candidate First Officers as much chances as possible, another mandatory seminar is organized:
Airline Selection Preparation Program, consisting of resume and interview training
Group test assessment training and presentation of a training -and recruitment
Captain of an airline, tips, tricks and techniques
Job allocation
We will actively contact airline companies and scan the market in search of possibilities for our graduates. After having your approval,
your file will be sent to every company in our network (over 80 companies).
After care
As a guarantee to our graduates we include an after care package in our integrated training, making sure that our candidate first officers do not have to worry about their license validity for 2 years after graduation. This allows them to solely focus on the airline selections, which after all are the most important.
Our after care package includes hours on both FNPTII and twin engine airplane.
