After receiving your application we will do the following:

•Review and confirm your background information
• Ask you to fill out and submit an online questionnaire
• Send invitations for a one-day selection process
     · A structured interview with our staff
     · A series of three tests for aptitude, personality and cognition
     · Staff selection of cadets

Please notice that before you start the program you must pass a medical examination. You can take this examination at an aero-medical expert centre.
